I ordered a few golf bits online and picked them up the next day. Everything was already waiting at the counter when I got there, so I didn’t have to hang around or chase anyone up. From my experience, it felt like a really straightforward option if you know what you need and just want to grab it quickly. I’d definitely use click and collect again.

"Pretty good for what I needed"
I was mostly happy with my experience at Drummond Golf. I found most of what I was after easily, especially the balls and gloves, which was what mattered most to me. The only annoying bit was that one club I had my eye on wasn’t available in the size/flex I wanted. The site was simple enough to use though, and I ended up finding a decent alternative without too much hassle. I’d probably shop there again, but I’d definitely like the stock to be a bit more reliable next time.

I’ve been picking up little bits from Drummond Golf for a while now, and the loyalty points are one of the reasons I keep going back.
I blame myself a bit for always needing “just one more” sleeve of balls, a glove, or a polo, but at least the points build up on stuff I was already going to buy anyway. I used my rewards on my last order and it knocked a decent amount off without any annoying hoops to jump through.
The prices are usually fair, and having the rewards on top makes it feel like better value. Easy to justify another order when the savings actually show up...

I ordered a new golf glove and a few balls from Drummond Golf online, and it was a smooth experience. The website was simple enough to get around, and checkout did not take long. I checked a few places before buying and Drummond Golf came out cheaper for the gear I needed. The prices seemed fair and the sale section was actually worth a look. Shipping was reasonable too. Overall I was happy and I’d shop there again next time I need golf gear.

"Great fitting experience"
and I had a really good fitting at Drummond Golf. The guy helping me clearly knew what he was doing, but he didn’t rush me or try to steer me toward the most expensive clubs. He just talked me through what was working and what wasn’t. I ended up with a set of irons that feel so much easier to hit, and the numbers actually made sense too. Happy with the whole experience and I’d definitely go back.

"Decent shipping, but I felt a bit brushed off"
I ordered a few golf bits and the shipping price wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t free, but it was reasonable compared to some other sites I’ve used. The delivery showed up on time as well, so I can’t really complain about that. The only thing was when I had a small question, I felt a bit dismissed, like they weren’t all that interested in helping. Overall though, the order itself went fine.

I’d been struggling with my swing for a while and kept blaming it on not getting enough practice lately. The staff spotted what was going wrong quickly and helped me fix it without making a big deal out of it. Really easy experience and a big help.
